After each harvest samples of Oleum “sibi” are submitted to one of the most renowned Italian analysis laboratories for non-basic tests.

Year after year these values of excellence (extremely low acidity, high antioxidants…) are another source of pride for the commitment and the hard work put in producing Oleum “sibi”.
Twice every decade tests are made on the soil itself, against over a thousand known pollutants: these tests have always returned negative results.
